Can You Get Cannabis Delivered via Uber, DoorDash, or Eaze?
Uber and DoorDash do not deliver cannabis in New Jersey. These platforms have policies against delivering controlled substances, including marijuana. However, Eaze is a dedicated cannabis delivery app that operates in select states, including New Jersey. It offers same-day delivery of THC and CBD products.
You cannot use Uber to pick up from a dispensary—drivers are not permitted to transport cannabis. Similarly, DoorDash does not allow THCA or edible deliveries. For reliable service, stick with cannabis-specific apps like Weedmaps, Eaze, or Leafly. Nightjar Cannabis also offers direct online ordering for pickup or delivery through our website.

Before ordering, confirm the delivery service is licensed and safe. Use this checklist to verify.
- Check for a state license number – Legitimate dispensaries display their license. Nightjar Cannabis has license #RE000474, issued by the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission.
- Look for a physical address – Real dispensaries have a storefront. Nightjar Cannabis is at 549 Bloomfield Ave, Bloomfield, NJ.
